Introducing our newest skin brand; Freshwater Farm products. The ultimate product when body pampering and carrying out self love at home. We know that times are busy at the moment with many of us juggling many balls in the air at one time and our bodies feel the daily grind which can impact us mentally and physically. We see here in clinic the direct impact stress can have on many aspects of our body including sore muscles, dry skin, breakouts, skin irritations and more. Our Body is challenged everyday inside and out especially if stress has been accumulating over the long term. It’s important to be aware of what we put on our skin in these times to avoid harsh ingredients going onto our skin and straight into our bloodstream which can lead to systemic disruption.
